Tap In! excites me because it speaks of hope, empowerment, women leaders, and of an equal future. Growing up, I was around empowered women and encouraged to be one. I recognize the privilege and want to give back to the community via Tap In! However that hasn't shielded me from struggles that only women who have followed the same path can understand. Unfortunately, there are still so few of them. We are living in an interesting time socially. As more women take charge of their lives, they realize how different, difficult and sometimes lonely their journey is. Much of what they are taking on is still unprecedented. It's time we stood up and spoke our truths to uplift and inspire. At and with Tap In!, I want to learn from those who've walked the path and be there for those who will.

Super stoked to be a part of the Tap In community! Have worked with Amrita for years and fully trust her vision for this initiative. Just a couple of chats in and I have already got some sessions in with a mentor on negotiations and public speaking, so extremely grateful and thankful for this safe space that Amrita and Preetha have created for women professionals. Definitely also recommending my friends to join in.

The Tap In! session on public speaking and leadership skills was what our fellows needed as they prepare to enter the job market. Amrita and Preetha’s knowledge and expertise from their decades of experience in their respective fields was delivered in an easy to understand and fun way. Amrita’s energy was infectious and kept everyone in the room engaged and Preetha’s calm manner of teaching helped the participants feel comfortable and confident to ask questions.
